The weekly coach report is the single most valuable output of the Kinetiq system. It's the thing coaches actually read — because it arrives before they need to make selection decisions.
A good coach report has three sections: who's available, who needs attention, and what changed since last week. That's it.
Who's available: a simple list, sorted by status. Available, modified, follow-up, out. No nuance, no paragraphs — just the status and a one-line note.
Who needs attention: the players whose wellness scores dropped, whose load spiked, or who have been flagged for follow-up. This is where the coach focuses their conversations.
What changed: movements since last week. Who moved from available to modified. Who returned from injury. Who's new on the follow-up list.
The report should fit on one screen. If it's longer than that, coaches skim it. And skimming defeats the purpose.
